Receptive language issues will affect all areas of academics, it is so fundamental, so I would want to put her in a place that will give her speech/language therapy on a daily basis -- as intensively as possible. Anything you can do to remediate her in this area will help with overall academics.

Regarding the ADD-inattentive.... In my experience, children with ADD-inattentive typically do not respond well to interventions unless they are on medication. Other types of ADD are often responsive to non-drug therapies, but usually ADD-inattentive is not responsive unless/until drugs are introduced. You don't mention anything about medication, which is why I am wondering about this......
