He had vision problems that were uncovered during a developmental vision exam. He also has Auditory Processing Disorder. And dyslexia.
I would definately take him for a developmental vision exam. I would also recommend reading the book Overcoming Dyslexia by Sally Shaywitz. She has some interesting lists of symptoms in there as well as some good advice about how to get dyslexic kids reading. (Be sure to ingore the parts about how teaching reading should be left to the professionals.)
