I am not familiar with this program, so will defer to others on that end, but I do wholeheartedly recommend RigthStart Mathematics for her age group.
RightStart is especially good for struggling learners and also very good for those who get it. It is multisensory and very easy to teach as a parent as the layout of each session is clrear and does not require any more prepartion that going down the list of manipulatives needed for the day
You can find out more on my site as I sell it - I was so impressed with how it worked for us! We use it in our home with our DD who is 8 and I am already starting with the basic principles as they lay them out with my DS3.
Best wishes
