After using several different math programs over the years, I am convinced this is true. It is also the only one that has supplemental materials that allow a student to go deeper into the material. Their Challenging Word Problems books are excellent for this. The Intensive Practice books are good for this as well.
Math U See is also easy to accelerate, but I prefer Singapore for a strong math student.
