I don't know how detailed your records need to be, but one idea is to look at your state's scope and sequence online and use similar words and phrases when describing your work.

Almost all state standards will include things like:

*working in teams - - this requires communication skills; students must speak, listen, write and read well (I'm sure lots of BT would fit this category)

*making connections - - students will learn how to recognize and apply connections of important information

In other words, a tremendous amount of wiggle room for almost any activity, and certainly BT and OT activities. Just google your state's dept of education and you should find their scope and sequence (learning standards, learning plan, whatever they choose to call it).
