We are very glad that we tested. It confirmed what we thought to be true and gave us independent "validation" so to speak. We have not attended the summer camps because of the cost. But we have gone to a few of the family workshops and my ds has taken two of their distance ed classes.
My only regret is that I put off testing him till he was in 8th grade. I would have like to have had more time to take advantage of their programs.
One other side benefit for us was that qualifying for their program somehow seemed to get my family and my husbands family to stop acting like we were going to totally screw up our son through homeschool. (Evil grin).
