but I'm trying to understand the difference between APD and what the WISC and WIPPSI are evaulating when you look at the category they have called "processing".
And, to answer your question, she didnt' take this test because I thought she had an APD, exactly the opposite has happened, I'm now wondering if she has APD because of the test results.
When I read about APD I don't see my daughter but when I sometimes ask her a question I can see her little brain working but it takes a while for the information to come out of her mouth. At this point, I'm just trying to figure out what the discrepancy means for this test and if there is anything I need to do about it.
If this is a subcategory of APD than I'd love to have further information on it so I can do more reading.
