IMO- how wonderful that you have children living next to you w/ in the same age range. My dc would LOVE to have other kids in the neighborhood. The one thing we really miss about our old neighborhood is the other kids. Sometimes I would look into the backyard and we would have 8-10 kids playing together- most of the people in this area are 70+ yrs old. Sooo, I look at it as a good thing. :0)
