I just ordered a refurbished laptop from them several weeks ago and was so frustrated that I never got the trackig number. I ordered on Sunday, they shipped on Tuesday and it arrived on Friday. I just checked the site and it still says that it is in transit and they never posted the tracking number. I don't know where Dell is located but we are in Oregon and it took 3 days once they shipped. By the way, I absolutely love my laptop and it works great! I had trouble with the wireless but they spent 1 1/2 hours with me on the phone until we could get it figured out. I feel for you, it is so frustrating not knowing when you are so excited about something. Aren't you glad it doesn't take 6-8 weeks like it used to!
