It's pretty much the same amount of work for her and the same amount of time out of her day. So I probably wouldn't offer less than $5 an hour for kids that age, and I think that's a steal, to be honest. If you want her to be reliable and *want* to come, you may have to pay for it.
On the other hand, if you know a young teen who really loves doing it and has nothing else to do, you might get lucky!
