The vast majority of idiots *haven't* done it because it seems so daunting and maybe expensive (self included). So one goal might be to dispel this idea either in your talk or with your reference sheet. If I were to take part, I'd want a quick tour (10 minutes?) with descriptions of what you've done since you started developing the property and then plenty of question and answer time and a detailed reference sheet. Talk to the people like they know *nothing* about gardening (that's me), and make it seem as simple as you can.
