The house we are moving to is set up for an electric dryer. I have always had a natural gas dryer but it is not available where we are moving to. I am now considering propane or electric. The house currently has 60 amp electric but we would like to update it to 200 amp. We are washing at least 2 loads a day and I need to have something that is not going to cost a fortune to run.
I have no experience with propane but am wondering if it is more cost effective than electric.
I have searched the web and have found lots of conflicting information.
