I cook them this way as well as by boiling them, depending on what else I'm cooking. (sm)

If I've got the oven on already, I'll put the beets in as well (though I tend to cook them a bit differently in the oven). If I don't want to heat up the oven, I cook on stovetop. Fabulous!
