We only have one 7yo son and are very content. My sister has 6 kids and sometimes I feel guilty that we don't really want more, but darn it, we're doing great! Just because we don't want what other moms want doesn't make us terrible, just a bit of an anomoly in the hs world. Actually, 3 of my hs friends are moms of only's.
I don't know about you but even choosing curriculum is easier. I look at some posts where mom is trying to combine this student with that one (Sonlight) or teaching with toddlers, and my eyes just glaze over at the complexity of it all. Here's 3 cheers for moms with onlies : )
