Perhaps you have a full blown sinus infection neccessitating antibiotics? I currently am on the down side of a bad head cold. It has migrated to my throat/chest so I have the wicked raspy smoker's cough. I feel for you as my head is still not really clear and I have had that terrible headache for a few days too. Fortunately it's beginning to improve ever so slightly.
Sounds like this stuff is going around everywhere!
