Horrible sinus headache/pressure

I have had a horrible sinus headache/pressure for several days now. Sudafed and Motrin have worked ok, but I'm beginning to wonder if this thing will ever go away! Anyone have a wonderful cure for me. I'm in such pain--yuck!
