Camping near Louisville KY ... any recommendations on places to camp..

Today I offered to go on a spontaneous camping trip near Louisville, KY. We were planning on going to Six Flags.
I have looked some on the internet and I am having a hard time locating a good place to camp.
I would love some advice.
