I read this in one of her cookbooks and have made it for several years. What I like about Pam Anderson (the COOK) is that she tries a bunch of different approaches until she comes up with one that tastes great and is not that difficult. (And the recipes in the book detailed all of her hits/misses.) This recipe is for either steak or chicken, but I don't care for this steak cut in the fajitas at all and would not recommend the steak. The chicken is easy and good. I'd never consider these ingredients to season fajitas (cumin) but it works.

And I use a regular knife because the chicken isn't cut until after it cooks. (Think Chili's Restaurant fajitas . . .)
