It was pretty bad for him, and it took a couple of weeks for them to go away after we got home. He was 9 at the time and I'm guessing around 65-70lbs. I did take him to the dr. who assured me that as long as they weren't infected, and he wasn't scratching them, he would be fine. Save yourself the dr. visit.
