It's a Kenmore Oasis HE. (Our 15yo Lady Kenmore washer was still working, but when the matching dryer/same age quit working my dh said we'd replace both at the same time.) Obviously we haven't had it for very long, but so far so good!
We talked to a Sears repairman, and he advised us to always get the extended warranty on any large appliance with a digital panel. He said that anytime there's a power surge (following a power outage, etc.) that damage could occur and it's VERY expensive to replace those parts. He said that he never got the extended warranties until he bought frontloaders. Anyway, just something to consider...
