What helped my dd was to put all clothes - by outfit - into gallon ziploc bags. with one bag (or 2 if needed) for socks, one for undies...she could always easily find clean clothes in her suitcase and the bags came in handy for dirty things and many other uses. many times there isn't storage other than their suitcase and things get thrown in - so being able to keep clean clothes clean and know what she had was very helpful.
