Mosquito bites...help! My nephew age 7 has 76 bites! Should I be worried? Do I need to take him to see the doc? (m)

Please don't be harsh...I am inexperienced. I come from Southern California, where I never saw a mosquito. My kids don't really get bitten here in Central TX, but my nephew who's visiting from CA was swimming in our wading pool for an hour last night unprotected (my girls were there too, but they were unscathed!), and this morning I saw the carnage all over him! It's unbelievable. He only weighs 53 lbs.
I gave him an oatmeal bath, benedryl, and coated him with caladryl. He seems fine. What is your advice? Thanks so much!
