My kids are in a mixed age homeschool league and it is run by the manager of the bowling alley. Frankly, she is very disorganized and nothing is ever done on time. Frequently, important events are postponed or planned late, money is not collected regularly, and parents are irritated.
My question is "How is your league organized?"
Do the parents do all the work? Who decides how to distribute the recognition trophies for things other than team place?
