That gives me hope. We'll definitely start with the realtor, then.
When my dh attended grievance night, we submitted one current comp with written documentation. It was for a house very similar to ours that had been completely renovated throughout and had a custom kitchen installed. Plus, it's bigger by 400 sq ft. It sold for $3000 more than what we are being 'valued'. We do have an acre whereas they have 1/3. But I can't see where my 'land' (term loosely used as it is really not a lot of land) should raise the value of our property by that much.
It's time for a glass of wine. I need to let this go for tonight.
