and a LOT of people have complained--so much so that the county assessor was out of a job last election. Our home as been assessed WAY over what we could hope to ever get as a selling price until this year (with the new assessor) when it has finally gotten within reasonable limits again.
Many people have fought and most have won. Getting the realtor's comps is the most helpful thing to "show" them.
