I would look over the comps to be SURE they can't be shot down. We've had them argue that a corner lot cannot be compared to ours (and yet the city used a 50 year old house as a comp against our 125 year old house). Just be prepared, and relaxed. Homeowners displaying confidence really throws our board off!
