My hungriest time is right now ok so it is all day. I find grazing helps keep me feeling better. But I am only on my fifth day. I wanted to do WW but I am short on money and need so much else. I am guessing at my points. Any way I found if I eat breakfast, the a snack like veggies then I can hold off on lunch until 1 or so. Right now I eat one of the ww packaged meals the ones with the pasta or rice are really filling. I like WW because I can have my chocolate. I really have to find a way to get myself to get moving. There is where my motivation lags. I find the Georgia heat really doesn't induce me to get out and walk.
