Dd, 4 year old, 30 lbs, is having withholding issues again. She gets a little constipated and then makes things 10x worse by withholding.
I have never used flax before. I found some tonight at wal-mart. The package says: Rexell Farm direct Cold-Milled Organic Flax Seeds Nutra Fresh Pack Rich in Omeg-3 and Omega6 Essential fatty acids dietary fiber and fignans. Boy, that's a mouthful.
Anyway, on the back in capital letters it says, "Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18." My question is, is this a normal warning. Does the brand that you use also say this? I'm just concerned about using it with that warning.
Please email me or post a reply. I read your post re: a dc of this size taking a teaspoon a day. I bought a coffee grinder to grind it. All ready to go, just would like some input from you if you don't mind.
