We do not own a scale, I remembered why when I stepped on my Aunts scale this past Saturday.
I need to loss 40+ lbs. I also saw a picture that my dh took of me OH MY GOODNESS, YUCK!!!
I need motivation, I do good for a day or two then I want chocolate, sodas, FOOD and I am not even hungry!
Between the hours of 2 and 6 I want to eat.
What is there that will boost my metabolism??
Any suggestions????
