I wanted one that had a stabilizing bar so kids could jump as well but have less of a chance of getting hurt. Also, for me, I wanted a bar to hold on to so I didn't get hurt! It came with a DVD with sample workouts. I'm 6 months pregnant, so can't do too, too much, but dh has bad knees and needs to exercise. A rebounder was the right choice for him. Less stress on the knees. Oh, BTW, the Urbans are usually $100 and up. Like it so far.
