at a 10, I am just as close to a normal 12 as I am to the 8 he mentioned as being concerning.
I always test anemic, but I am very spotty about actually taking my iron pills- lets just say I have some incentive to take them now- not just "you have low iron". I know about the soda thing, I love diet coke..time to cut it out. I forgot about the molasses, I'll go get some.
