Have you ever had it happen that you've increased your child's insulin dose in response to consistent highs.... and then seen NO difference?

We went from a 1:12 ratio to 1:10, and increased nighttime Lantus as well. No change -- still in the 300's.

Does it take longer than 3-4 days to see a difference?
