Poor kiddo! Got any ginger ale? Sea bands? I think you'll probably have to simply weather it, though. Let his stomach rest and keep him as comfortable as possible.

I've heard of using benedryl to reduce vomiting, so if you have any of those triaminic cough strips that dissolve on the tongue, give him an age appropriate dose. Can't hurt if he's had benedryl without incident before, I wouldn't think. (Disclaimer: Not a doctor, nor do I play one on TV. YMMV. Perhaps a call to an all-night pharmacy might be in order.)
