Where will your kids be if you don't take care of yourself emotionally and physically? If you don't let yourself feel this pain rather than to have it disable you or worse?

Sigh. Wish I could just come over and bring some chocolate and sympathy. Electronic sympathy is so... sterile. But you have mine, in spades.
