Don't usually feel useless, but definitely overwhelmed, overwrought, and generally imposed upon.
Do something for yourself:
Change your sheets, make sure you have clean towels, candles, and fresh jammies on hand.
Put it all on paper. Write down every negative, loathesome thought cluttering your brain.
Set your timer and allow yourself a good cry for 5 or 10 minutes.
Take a candelit bath, drink something warm & soothing, listen to some good music, hop into cozy jammies, and go to bed.
