It looks very good to me. If you *feel* like it you could start the transition from you writing his narrations to him writing them himself. You could spice it up a little with math games or another program for variety. How about some reading, assigned by you. Clyde Robert Bulla is an author that specializes in historical fiction with easy readers. If you're finding FLL to easy, how about PLL or JAG?
Just some suggestions.
