The schedule is not too tough once you realize you have 7 primary and 3 secondary sessions a week.
We've found that daily primary sessions w/ 2 on Mondays and Wednesdays works for us. Secondary is T/Th/Fr.
I learned a lot from listening to the Omnibus sessions that I downloaded from wordmp3.com (not sure that site is correct but it is close)
