Since my girls are just a year apart in age, they do similar work. My oldest can't resist instructing the younger one, and my younger one is convinced the older is doing something *much* more interesting. The only way I've found to keep them focused on their own work is the mini-offices. I need to get them back out - they've been put away for a while and we are in need of them again.
