In your situation I would consider dropping the vocab, doing just 1 volume of the logic this year, and doing grammar just once or twice a week.
I would also consider dropping the art history - unless it is somethong he's excited about.
If you think that would still be too much, or you feel partway through the year that he's overwhelmed, I would then drop the logic & grammar...
I, personally, wouldn't recommend doing block scheduling with the sciences... especially since math & science are challenging areas for him. On the other hand, I think you are very wise to try to devise a schedule which is manageable for him... Let us know how things work out!
