The student must have at least certain test scores, ACT (26), SAT (1800), PSAT(180), IOWA, CAT, (90% complete battery) etc. whereas the schools are based on GPA. The ESA test score requirement is a national requirement, no exceptions. I know kids in ps who had lower test scores but were in NHS with inflated grades.
Cynthia, why don't you try and contact the national staff to see if that chapter is active or if the contact person has changed.
