That is February vacation for public schools in MA & NH, and tons of folks go to Florida, so it might be crowded then, too.
We haven't been to Florida for a while now, but when we did go, I remember that a book called something like the Unofficial Guide to Disney had very good information about the crowds and places to stay around there. I found it at our local library.
If you can swing it while you are there, Cape Canaveral is only about a 1 hour drive East of Orlando, and I bet your boys would really enjoy Kennedy Space Center.
